Black Friday specials for Personal Training Sessions -

those One To One Zoom sessions that are geared specifically to your goals and not just a group class. These are getting great results in those I am working with and are 30 minutes in length. I do early mornings (before work) and can get your heart rate up or provide you a deeper stretch if that is needed. These sessions can be done 2-4 times a week to see max results in your health goals.

How the Personal Training sessions work:

1. we pick a set schedule for each week

2. payment is done monthly upfront to secure those dates for you

3. we start a bit slower and then build up (we use Zoom and equipment you have at home already or recommendations on equipment can be provided if needed)

I have my personal training certification and incorporate some yoga as well depending on that day's goals.
