Back in 2008 I began to have horrible menstrual cycles and by 2019 my PCP nor my GYN believed me until I started to just feel so lethargic I could barely move.

Your blood work test results that you have had recently hopefully is giving you more hope and awareness to how you want to move forward in your life.

For me lifting weights and doing chair stretching was about all I could do, but the reality was the only class I really enjoyed teaching was my Gentle Yoga on the floor (or in bed) to give me the help I needed to mentally regroup with how depressed and low energy I felt.

So with that said, I’d like to share with you the biggest aspects that many people say to me … working with you privately Amy has been my saving grace, you keep me accountable, you mix it up each time whether I am depressed and need to go deeper and move slower or be kicking up my cardio.
