We will get into our bodies and connect to our reason for being.
Day 2 - Rise (Friday - 5:30 pm-7 pm Pacific)
Let’s get the energy lifting and practice a few things we learned from Day 1 and building up the community.
Day 3 - Transform (Saturday - 8 am - 2 pm Pacific)
